To get the change you are looking for this is a combination of training upfront with the follow up self learning kit so learning can continue. If participants spend 36 minutes per day reading the book, completing the sales journal and reading the emails this will be 36 x 40 chapters = 24 hours or 3 days of additional learning time in the self learning program. Combine this with the 1.5 days ONE on ONE time and this program can deliver 4.5 days of learning if completed as suggested. Of course completing the self learning program is optional - it is up to you - but even having it as a resource you can refer to when needed will be a valuable tool to have.
How it Works:-
One and a half day training session
The core of this program is a one and a half day session one personalised training session. Being a one on one session the amount of material and depth covered can be much greater than what may be covered in a group session. Being one on one there is considerable flexibility to focus on the specific needs of the individual. The format is flexible but will likely be a combination of workshop training slides and exercises, one to one discussion on specific topics and working through components of the sales journal. Specific focus areas can be discussed and agreed prior to the session. Location of this session can be at your office.

40 Days self-learning kit
The 40 day self-learning kit comprises the book "40 Days to Sales Excellence", Companion Sales Journal, and 40 emails. After the workshop just simply start reading one chapter of the book each day, complete the questions in the sales journal to expand your thinking and be motivated by the daily email relevant to the chapter of the day. It's that simple.
It will be 40 mini lessons for you to learn from and expand your thinking. Many of the questions in the sales journal will prompt you to do things in a better way for your specific role. It is a very practical program and you will be able to use the ideas in the field.
You decided the speed you wish to progress 2,3,4 or 5 e-mails per week depending how busy you are. You can also change this speed during the program with a simple email to our office.
